• Typical axles use inboard CV joints that must both operate at an angle, and allow suspension travel; this dual-purpose design limits articulation angle to about 25°, while travel is limited to 1.25" - 1.5", which is inadequate for ATVs and UTVs with lift kits, or long-travel suspension.
• If your ATV or UTV has a lift kit or extended A-arms and requires long travel suspension, you need Moose Heavy Duty Axles With Voodoo Axle Technology.
• These axles utilize fixed Rzeppa inner CV joints that allow 45° of articulation, while a slip spline in the axle shaft provides 2" of travel.
• This helps to prevent disengagement of the inner CV joint from the transaxle when the suspension is at full droop.
• To accommodate suspension travel, the axles utilize a slip spline that allows the axle to compress and extend 2".
• Telescoping axle bars are carried on linear motion ball bearings for smooth action that won't bind under load.
