It is designed for use with Gilles Tooling footpeg systems (not factory) that use UTR series tips. Allows the rider to move the brake or gear shift tip closer or further from the footpeg. By turning the eccentric, the tip position changes, allowing the rider to reach the pedal comfortably and quickly, regardless of their shoe size or riding style.

Fits both left and right side.
