  • Machined from high tensile strength, impact and wear resistant chromoly steel to minimize deformation
  • Inner splines are broached to provide maximum spline-to-countershaft contact to distribute driveline forces over the largest possible surface area.
  • Heat-treated, then finished with a nickel coating for corrosion resistance and lubricity
  • Each sprocket is quality checked by Computer Measurement Machine (CMM) to exactly match OEM design specifications
  • Fitments available for Two Wheel Dirt, ADV, and ATV applications
  • Be sure to check for clearance when ordering sizes larger than stock.

Our story starts in the mid 1980’s in the shadow of the Rocky Mountains. The question in those days was how to prepare for an ever changing ride but for a core group of offroad riders it was a question of how, and out of their passion came a small offering of hard parts that would put Moose Offroad on the map.
