LOCTITE 243 Thread Lock, Medium Strength Blue - 10ml

LOCTITE 243 is a blue, medium strength threadlocking adhesive that secures and seals screws, nuts and studs and prevents them from loosening under impact and vibration.

LOCTITE® 243 is a general purpose threadlocking adhesive that provides a medium bond strength bond. LOCTITE 243 is suitable for bonding all metals including passive materials such as stainless steel, aluminum and metallized surfaces. The product has been proven to be unaffected by oil contaminants such as motor oils, anti-corrosion oils and cutting fluids.

Features:

• Prevents loosening of fasteners in vibrating setups such as pumps, reducers or presses.
• Suitable for all metals including passive materials (e.g. stainless steel, aluminium, metallized surfaces).
• The product has been shown to be unaffected by minor contaminants in industrial oils such as motor oils, anti-corrosion oils and cutting fluids.
• Can be dismantled using hand tools for maintenance work.
