Polini Hi-Speed kit is a variator with electronic device used to increase the scooter speed. Polini Hi-Speed variator for Sym Orbit 3 50cc E4 and Neco grants output and thrilling performance, without never give up to the highest reliability. The half-pulley has been designed with different degree to let the belt increase the variator excursion to obtain speed increase. The inside of the rollers sliding surface has been subject to a polishing treatment to improve the sliding. Rollers, available in a pack of 5,3gr are covered with a new material which is a mixture of nylon and aramid fibers. The spring load has been increased of 15% while the clutch springs load has been increased of 20% thus increasing the clutch engage of 600rpm.
