DEI HI-TEMP BLACK HEAT SHRINK TUBING 6 MM X 15.2 M

DEI HI-TEMP HEAT SHRINK TUBING

DEI Hi-Temp is flexible polyolefin heat shrink tubing designed to insulate and protect electrical wires, connections, terminals and wire splices. When heated, the tubing shrinks tightly around the component, helping protect it from moisture, dust, dirt, solvents and other contaminants.

Key features:

• Material: flexible polyolefin.

• Color: black.

• Initial inner diameter: 6 mm.

• Shrink ratio: 3:1.

• Spool length: 15.2 m.

• Operating temperature range: -55°C to +135°C.

• Applied using a heat gun at approximately 49-82°C.

• Suitable for insulating electrical wires, connections, terminals and splices.

• Helps protect against dust, moisture, dirt and solvents.

• Provides strain relief around wires and connections.

• Meets the material functional requirements of military specification DTL-23053/5C.

• Made in the USA.

Applications:

Suitable for electrical wiring and cable protection on motorcycles, cars, ATVs and other equipment.

Important: do not apply directly to exhaust components. Check that the tubing diameter is suitable for the wires and connections before installation.
