There are a few names that all dirt bike riders recognize for their prominence in the sport. Pro Circuit is definitely on that list. Founded in 1978, Pro Circuit began as a shop to set up desert racers and MX bikes by racing pro and tuning specialist Mitch Payton. A competitive rider himself, Payton knew exactly how to setup bikes to excel in competition. Pro Circuit revolutionized rider sponsorships and that eventually led to winning national championships. Many legends of Motocross have ridden under the Pro Circuit banner, including Jeremy McGrath and Ricky Carmichael.
