DEMON HD HEAVY-DUTY FRONT CV AXLE

The Demon Powersports HD front CV axle is a reinforced replacement designed for Polaris RZR Turbo S UTVs. It is engineered for demanding off-road riding, where the drivetrain is subjected to high loads, impacts and extensive suspension movement.

Key features:

• Reinforced chromoly steel shaft.

• Dual heat-treatment process for increased strength.

• Inner CV joint cage manufactured from 4340 chromoly steel.

• Shaft and CV joint dimensions are up to 20% larger than the OEM design.

• CV joints are approximately 10-15% larger than standard joints.

• Double-plunge design accommodates suspension movement.

• Inner joint plunge travel of approximately 3.8 cm with up to 40° articulation.

• Outer joint plunge travel of approximately 1.3 cm with 45-47° articulation, depending on the model.

• TPEE boots offer enhanced resistance to wear, punctures and temperature changes.

• CV joints use molybdenum grease to reduce friction.

• Direct replacement for the original axle.

• Sold individually.
