SKF Fork Bushing Kit 2pcs. ø36mm Kawasaki / Yamaha 65-250 98-27

Features:

• SKF introduces a revolutionary solution for demanding applications in motorcycle suspensions - the SKF PTFE composite fork bushings. These maintenance-free bushings combine the robustness of steel with the low friction of a PTFE-based self-lubricating sliding layer.
• The steel body, featuring high mechanical strength, incorporates a PTFE-based sliding layer for smooth, low-friction operation. To enhance heat dissipation during operation, a thin bronze layer forms a robust bond between the backing and sliding surfaces. The steel backing is copper-plated to safeguard against corrosion.
• The composite fork bushing eliminates the need for regular maintenance, ensuring consistent performance. Low frictional properties are achieved through the PTFE-based sliding surface, providing a plush riding experience and reduced wear.
• The steel body ensures strength, allowing for reliable performance under various loads. SKF bushings operate seamlessly across a wide range of temperatures, maintaining stability. The PTFE-based sliding surface minimizes friction, offering a characteristic low-friction and low-wear performance.
• During initial use, a transfer of PTFE material occurs, solidifying the bushing's exceptional properties. Designed to cut down on maintenance and widely adopted in premium motorcycle applications globally, the SKF composite fork bushings has earned trust among OEMs, aftermarket service centers, and end-users alike. Elevate your ride with SKF's advanced composite bushings.
