- When the engine is running "in neutral", the clutch is not engaged, so the shredder drum does not rotate (it is safe to start the engine).
- When increasing the "gas", the inner clutch pads expand due to centrifugal force, fit against the walls of the drum and start rotating the shredding mechanism.
- Designed for: Bronco Wood Chipper B&S 13.5hp with electric start.
