The Athena cylinder was specially developed for the iconic two-stroke models Aprilia RS 250 and Suzuki RGV 250. This kit, which can be installed without any modifications, offers an excellent solution for anyone who wants to improve or restore the performance of their motorcycle.

Made from high silicon aluminum alloy, the cylinder ensures precision and durability thanks to the latest CNC machining technology. The Nikasil coating on the cylinder liner ensures smooth piston sliding, less friction and minimal wear, resulting in consistent and long-lasting performance.

Simple installation:

The 250 cc cylinder kit has an improved brass bushing for the exhaust valve shaft with threaded seat instead of the classic press fit for easy removal and a redesigned coolant hose which, unlike the original, is resistant to corrosion, simplifies maintenance and ensures optimum engine performance.

High-performance piston and seals:

The lightweight, molybdenum disulphide-coated piston reduces friction and noise, improving engine efficiency. The scope of delivery also includes a complete set of gaskets that are resistant to oils, fuels and other fluids and seal perfectly under all conditions.
