RFX Pro Wheel Spacers Rear (Blue) Sherco SE-R / SE-F 125/450 14-26

RFX Pro Series Wheel Spacers are lighter and more durable than OEM. Constructed from 7075-T6 aluminum and color anodized for added durability. This helps reduce surface wear and reduces the amount of dirt entering the hub, which in turn extends bearing life. Designed with a rear lip to help hook them onto the seals. RFX products are tested and used by many of the top Grand Prix and British motocross teams.

Installation Instructions:

• Start with the motorcycle on a box stand, with the wheels off the ground.
• Remove the large nut and loosen all lower fork leg clamp bolts.
• Remove the nut from the wheel, this may require a brass punch and a hammer if it is tight.
• The front wheel will now be removed.
• The rear wheel should now be loose enough to slide forward and lift the chain off the rear sprocket.
• The rear wheel will now be removed.
• Remove the wheel spacers from the wheels.
• Clean the seals and around them with a contact cleaner such as "Maxima Electrical       Contact" and re-lubricate under the seal.
• Install new wheel spacers.
• Make sure the brake pads open separately inside the brake calipers to allow for extra space when reinstalling the wheel.
• Reinstall the wheels and slide the axles through.
• Reinstall the chain and set the correct chain tension by adjusting the axle blocks.
• Tighten the
• Large axle nuts to the correct torque.
• On a stand, pump the front forks up and down to align the front forks, then tighten the clamping bolts.
• Finally pump the brakes to re-align the calipers.
